马塔周记：要战胜什鲁斯伯里

小伙伴们，大家好。很不幸，我们现在所处的境地依然十分复杂。我知道你们不想再看见这样的周记了，我也知道你们不想听我和队友们对于比赛的解释。我知道你们急需胜利，我们也是如此。借着本周写周记的机会，我想告诉大家情况一定会改变的。我们现在有机会在足总杯这项美好的杯赛中继续前进；在首回合输球的情况下我们仍有可能在欧联杯中逆转晋级；现在英超还有很多轮比赛，我们有机会缩小与榜首球队的差距并为欧冠席位而奋斗。以上这些事情都有可能发生，与过去几场比赛相比，我们一定要在未来提升自己的表现，我相信我们能做到。首先要做的就是在足总杯中击败什鲁斯伯里，这是对手本年度最重要的比赛。如果我们不拼尽全力，击败他们会非常困难。

Hi everyone.Unfortunately, we are stillgoing throughcomplicated moments. I know that you don't need to read more posts like this one, or more words from me or my team-mates trying to explain every game. I know that you need wins, and obviously we need them too. But I take this weeklyencounterwith you to tell you that I'm sure things are going to change. We have the opportunity tomove forwardin such a nice competition as the FA Cup, the possibility of acomebackin the Europa League after our bad game in Denmark in the first leg, and there are still some weeks in the Premier League to try to shorten thegapwith other teams andfight forthe Champions Leaguespots. All those things can happen; however, we must get better withregard tothe last few games... And I'm sure that we will do it. The first goal is an away win against Shrewsbury Town. It's thegame of the yearfor them and if we don't give our maximum they will be tough to beat.

I don't want to extend too much, just to repeat that the goal is to improve in the last third of the season, because there's nothing impossible in football. We can still finish the season fighting for trophies and qualifying to be in Europe the next year.
